1. Vermicelli Pudding
Ingredients:
· 170 grams of thin vermicelli
· 1-liter milk
· 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
· 30 grams of chopped shelled pistachio nuts
· 125 grams of cashew nuts, well chopped and toasted

· 230 grams of sugar
· 2 cups of water
Recipe:
For preparing the vermicelli pudding you need to first melt the butter in a saucepan. Then sauté the cardamom and vermicelli until it is light brown. After it becomes brown, add sugar, water and boil the mixture. Now add almonds, cashews, and pistachio. If you want then you can also add the vanilla color and vanilla essence. Bring the dish to a boil and then pour into a serving dish.
2. Cookies
Ingredients:
· 45 grams of semolina
· ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
· 150 grams of butter, which should be melted properly
· 250 grams of plain flour
· 250 grams of sugar
Recipe:
Firstly you need to mix flour, semolina, sugar and bicarbonate of sugar properly in a bowl. Now add a little bit of butter, so that the mixture can be turned into soft dough. 3. Chocolate Slices
Ingredients:
· ½ cup of butter
· 2 tablespoons of honey
· 225 grams of semi-sweet biscuits
· 2 tablespoon of raisins
· 4-1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
· 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts, which can be walnuts, almonds or peanuts
Recipe:
Mix the butter, honey and cocoa into the pan. Put the pan onto gentle heat and stir it occasionally. Remove the pan as soon as the butter melts. Crush the biscuits while the butter is melting. You can do this by putting them in the plastic bag and beating it lightly with the rolling pin. Similarly crush the nuts into small pieces. When the mixture cools down, put the pieces of crushed biscuits and the nuts into it. Stir them well. Now slightly grease the cake-tin, by putting the half a teaspoon of butter into it and rubbing it all over the base of the tin. Now pour in the biscuit mixture. Leave it in the refrigerator for setting. After the mixture is set properly take out the mixture from the pan and cut into thin slices.

4. Pistachio Nut Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 box (3 ounce) instant pistacho pudding
3 eggs
1 cup carbonated water
1 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts (any kind you like--pecans work well)
green food coloring
Recipe:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and carbonated water in a large bowl. Beat for 3 minutes. Then stir in nuts. Add a few drops of green food coloring. Pour into a greased 13X9X2 inch pan at 350F (175C) degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

5. Rainbow Swirl Cake
Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 box chocolate cake mix
Recipe:
Follow directions for each cake mix using three separate bowls. Then pour the chocolate mixture in one end of a 13X9X2 or 15X10X1 inch pan,the vanilla mixture in the middle, and the strawberry mixture in the other end. Gently swirl the three colors together with a spatula. (You can make cupcakes with the leftover mixture, filling each cupcake half full of batter). Bake at 350F (175C)degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
6. Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 can (16 ounce) of blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cinnamon sugar mixture for topping
Recipe:
Combine cake mix, yogurt, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Then add blueberries, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir it all up. Pour into a greased and floured 9X13X2 inch cake pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350F (175C)degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.

7. Raspberry Shrub
Ingredients:
5 quarts of fresh raspberries
1 quart mild vinegar
Sugar
Cloves
Recipe:
Pour vinegar over raspberries and let stand for 24 hours. Strain and measure liquid. Add 1/2 pound of sugar for each quart of juice. Bring to a boil, cool, and pour into bottles. To add flavor, put in over dozen cloves when the juice is heated.
To serve, pour in a tall glass with ice and soda water.
8. Bolitas de Nuez
Ingredients:
2 cups ground pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
2 egg whites stiffly beaten
Recipe:
Mix pecans with sugar, add beaten egg whites. Form mixture into balls. Bake on a buttered baking sheet at 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 5 minutes. Makes about 16 candies.
